As we welcome guests back to the movies we want to do our part in helping to lower the risk of being exposed to COVID-19 while ensuring your experience with us is as pleasant as possible. Below you will find a list of some of the steps we are taking to mitigate some potential exposure issues as well as a short list of how you can help!
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- Order Tickets in Advance
- Use online reserved seating to reduce interaction
- Wear a Mask
- Masks are required while in the lobby and the restrooms and while ordering food
- Social Distance
- Stay 6ft. away from other guests and wait in designated areas for your turn
- Stay Home if You Are Showing Signs of COVID-19
- This includes fever, cough, and shortness of breath
WHAT WE ARE DOING:
- Wearing Masks and Gloves
- Staff will wear masks while selling tickets and serving food items
- Reducing Customer Contact
- We are eliminating our box office area and instead customers will receive all-in-one service at our concession stand to reduce the number of personal contacts
- Reserved Seating
- All tickets are now reserved seating and will allow for social distancing in the auditoriums
- Hand Sanitizing Stations
- Available in lobby area
- Sanitizing Wipes
- Available on request if you wish to wipe down chairs, armrests, etc. yourself
- Routine and Increased Cleaning of High Contact Areas
- Temperature Checks for All Staff
- Staggered Showtimes
- To reduce number of patrons in lobby and lines at one time and to allow extra time between showings to clean auditoriums
- Increased Signage
- As reminders for best safety and health practices while in the facility
*We are not providing plexiglass shields or other barriers at point-of-contact stations. We will continue to offer self-serve seasoning stations but we will also provide pre-portioned servings of seasonings upon request.
